Patajali’s 8 limb path (Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, Samadhi) of yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, is set up in a way to help us achieve this state of mental stillness (nirodhah). During this lecture we will discuss basic philosophy of the 8 limbs, applying them to practice not just on the mat, but everywhere in your life.
